I just took the (free) short form of a questionnaire recommended by Eddie Arthur. It is no surprise to me that he came out as “The Enthusiast”. It is also no surprise how I came out:

This seems to fit me well. The first three examples of my type are Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking and Bill Gates – sounds good to me!

Oh I do like these instant personality tests – I think. Having been through a nummber of real ones, in connection with both work and Reader ministry, it is entertaining to compare them. In fact I’m afraid I tend to regard them a heavy on the entertaibnment factor.
Yet again I found that in some questions neither of the options were a real fit at all, just like the last one of these you put up on this site Peter. However I tried to be honest and came out with Peacemaker as the buggest score. That surprised me a bit – not least because I would have felt I tend towards a quiet studious nature. Perhaps my answers showed as concern about people and for their well which over rode a diffidence in handling them.
Loyalist and investigator were equal seconds.
Colin, I agree with you in not taking these tests very seriously. I’m glad you are a peacemaker – the world and the church need plenty of them!
