An announcement

I can now reveal why I haven’t been blogging much for the last few months …

I am very happy to announce that I am engaged to be married to Lorenza, who is from Florence, Italy.

We have not yet decided on our wedding plans.

  1. Peter,

Congratulations on getting married and further congrats on having your priorities straight – we’ll find something else to read in the interim.

  2. Well done, Peter! Many congratulations to you both, and may God richly bless your life together. Cross-cultural marriages are fun! (I say that from experience…)

  3. What great news, The Lord’s blessing be upon you both as you make all your plans.

I have been following your blog for a while as it is so interesting, so have been concerned for the times that you have not written here, and hoped that all was well….. All is well and all will be well.

  4. That’s wonderful, Peter. I married late in life myself – 10 years ago in Malta! Now, I have two wonderful children. God bless your future together!

It has been a long time since I called – like you, rather busy. But I would like to take this opportunity to invite you over to: http://maran-atha.com/e_reason_together/index.php

I have made a revision of the online edition of my book and made additions, as explained in the ‘Foreword’ (link as above). I believe you will find the changes and additions to be of interest and want to share this with you.

    Once again, my sincere congratulations.

    Norman

  5. Thanks for the further congratulations.

Claude, I would love to be able to invite the whole world to the wedding but sadly it’s not that simple.

Norman, I would like to get back to your book but I’m sorry at the moment I don’t have time.

  6. Wonderful news!
As something of a global blogger, will you be setting up a live webcam link with online visitors book for us all to share in the wedding? (Only a joke, honest)
May you walk into the fullest blessings of the 3-stranded cord.

  7. Thanks, Duncan. Yes, I might consider a live webcam link, if my tech guru friend who is probably doing the PA is up to it – for the benefit of friends and relations who can’t attend more than for bloggers. And perhaps I can use a post on this blog as an online visitors book. I’ll keep everyone updated as time goes on.

  8. Congratulations Peter and Lorenza!!

May God bless you both and may you know the great and real joy that exists in a Christian marriage!

May you enjoy many happy years together!

  9. Hi Peter

Yes… and apologies for the delay in getting back in touch here. Itโ€™s me, from LBC/LST, now working at LICC. I confess Iโ€™m a โ€˜lurkerโ€™ on your blog…

    Thanks
