My warmest congratulations to the newly wed couple, William and Catherine, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge! I sincerely hope and pray that Bishop Pete Broadbent’s dire predictions prove wrong and the couple have a long and happy marriage.

As a former charismatic Episcopalian here in the States (who left because of the liberalism), it was refreshing to see the Anglicans do it right with an excellent God-centered service. My prayers for salvation go out to Kate and Wills.
Kate’s brother read the Romans 12 passage as well as I’ve heard scripture read for years. it was a blessing… (had to get up at 2 am to watch it on BBC America)
Thank you, David. Yes, the service was good, apart from the words to Jerusalem. I didn’t have to work so hard to watch it from here in northern England.
The diction was so bad I couldn’t understand the words to Jerusalem. I’m spoiled by the St. Olaf choir.
David, to be honest I didn’t actually hear the words to Jerusalem. I just know that this is a great poem, but not a Christian hymn suitable for a Christian wedding.

David, as you will see from my new post about “Jerusalem”, I have reconsidered it and rather changed my mind.
